Prices:All rates are net non commissionable, per
night in USD and include all taxes and mandatory services
charges. Optional gratuities for service providers, such as
bellman, maid, and tour guide or attendants are not included.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Enactment or
any actions by local, state or federal agencies,
governmental entities, or third parties may require changes
in taxes, prices or other charges and Pop Corn Tours
reserves the right to modify published rates.
Subject to availability until reservation is paid and
confirmed.
Confirmation will take from 24 to 48 hours after the
reservation is made.
The rates published in this price catalog are generally
available with seasons duly noted. There are Special Events
and Holidays during which Pop Corn Tours may have obtained
availability at prices higher than published rates. On such
occasions, surcharges will be confirmed at time of booking.

Full payment is required 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations:
From confirmation - 8 days prior to arrival = $50.00
administrative service charge per reservation.
7-4 days prior to arrival = 1 night penalty (depending on
the selected hotel) plus $50.00 administrative charge per
reservation.
3-0 days or no show prior to arrival = Full penalty.
Special Cancellations:
Special Cancellation
policy may apply over holiday and special event periods,
which should be advised at the time of cancellation.
Last Minute Booking Free:
7 days prior to arrival -
$35.00 late fee per reservation, non refundable.
Documentation:
All travellers should have original and
up to date Government issued Id (passports, visas ...). Its
is the passenger's responsibility to handle any problems or
inconveniences that could happen for violating any of these
norms. It is also responsibility of the passenger to keep
with himself all of his/her documentation and air tickets
(we recommend especially not to leave it on the bus during
the stops). It is recommended that passengers carry
photocopies of the air tickets and documents in a safe, but
different place as the originals.
Force Majeure
Circumstances:
any failure to perform, delay,
liability or damage shall be excused and Pop Corn Tours
shall not be held responsible for the consequences of Acts
of God, labor disputes, civil commotions, fire, weather
conditions, theft, unavoidable accidents, war, terrorism,
threatened acts of terrorism, acts of state or agencies
thereof, or any other circumstance beyond the control of Pop
Corn Tours. Pop Corn Tours shall not be liable should it be
required to change an itinerary or individual booking, hotel
accomodation or other services necessary for the safety and
continuation of any tour or passenger or due to inforeseen
circumstances beyond the control of Pop Corn Tours. Pop Corn
Tours reserves the right to modify or change any published
rate where changes or modifications have been made and are
required by any entities beyond Pop Corn Tours ownership or
control. Pop Corn Tours shall not be held responsible for
any error, omission, or deletion of any material in the
price catalog by Pop Corn Tours or any third party.
Notice:
Pop Corn Tours not manage, control or
operate any transportation vehicle, hotel or any other
supplier or service, and therefore assume no responsibility
and shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage, accident,
delay or irregularity which may be caused through any defect
in any vehicle or through the acts or omissions of any
company or person engaged in supplying products or services.
Pop Corn Tours recommends that all passengers be required to
purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including medical
and air evacuation prior to departure. Pop Corn Tours
liability, should it be found responsible by a court of
competent jurisdiction, is limited to a refund of services
purchased through Pop Corn Tours.
Complimentary services
offered by some of the hotels may be discontinued at any
time at the hotel's discretion. Pop Corn Tours is not
responsible for cancellation of such services.
Passenger Needing Special Assistance:
Passengers with
special needs or a disablity must advise Pop Corn Tours of
any required assistance at the time reservation are made.
Services that are not found in the price catalog can be
requested for a quotation.
Services voluntary not
used are non refundable. Terms and Conditions may change
without previus notice.
